Peer Support

What is the goal of our PEER SUPPORT pillar?

We heard that people with long COVID felt that they did not know where they could access peer support groups (online and in-person) in their areas. Thus, the goal of the peer support pillar is to collect and share information on existing peer support programs available to people with Long COVID, caregivers and their families, as well as providing guidelines for the creation of safe peer support spaces.

ENVIRONMENTAL SCAN

In January 2024, our research team conducted an environmental scan in Canada to help identify and connect people with LC-specific peer support groups and resources.

If you know of a peer support group that is not listed here, please connect with us
